Part‑time Remote FIDIC Contracts Instructor

About the role

Link Project Management (LPM) through its training arm Link Academy is seeking a part‑time, remote FIDIC Contracts Instructor. You will design and deliver interactive online courses that teach the practical application of the FIDIC Red, Yellow and White Books to engineers, project managers and contract professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and learning materials covering FIDIC contract clauses, risk allocation, claims and dispute resolution.
• Deliver live virtual sessions and recorded modules for a global audience.
• Provide guidance on interpreting the 1999 and 2017 editions of the FIDIC Rainbow Suite.
• Assess participant progress and offer feedback on case‑study exercises.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in FIDIC standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with FIDIC contracts in project or contracts management.
• Proven expertise in claims handling and dispute management under FIDIC rules.
• Relevant certifications such as FIDIC Certified Trainer are highly desirable.
• Experience delivering professional training or workshops is a strong plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of FIDIC Red, Yellow and White Books (1999 & 2017 editions).
• Claims management within FIDIC frameworks.
• Dispute resolution procedures under FIDIC contracts.
• Ability to create and present technical training content online.
