People & Culture Director – Medicines Division

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking a passionate People & Culture Director to lead the people agenda for its Medicines business unit. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role combines strategic HR partnership with organisational transformation to support rapid regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the People & Culture strategy aligned with EVA Pharma’s overall direction and ITP objectives.
• Advise the executive team on organisational design, workforce planning and people‑driven business transformation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end talent management, including acquisition, performance, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Champion learning and development programmes that build critical capabilities across the organisation.
• Drive culture, engagement and retention initiatives that foster a high‑performance, purpose‑led environment.
• Utilise people analytics, engagement data and KPIs to continuously improve the employee experience.
• Ensure robust HR governance, policy compliance and consistent application of people frameworks.
• Lead, develop and inspire the People & Culture team supporting EVA Medicines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture leadership experience, including senior business‑partnering roles.
• Proven expertise in organisational development, talent management and change leadership in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage.
