People Partnering Manager

About the role

Instashop is seeking a People Partnering Manager to act as a trusted HR advisor for its regional Grocery & Retail leadership teams. You will translate business strategy into people priorities, drive workforce effectiveness, and support the company’s rapid growth across the UAE, Egypt and Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, talent strategy, culture and leadership capability.
• Align regional business objectives with local HR execution and manage talent reviews and succession planning.
• Deliver data‑driven insights on retention, engagement, organizational health and capability gaps.
• Develop and evolve employee experience programs and manage employee relations issues.
• Control manpower plans, budgets and support the hiring process.
• Maintain HR systems, data, procedures and oversee performance appraisal cycles.
• Manage reward plans, benefits programs and HR analytics reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employment Relations or related field (CIPD or coaching qualification a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, logistics or fast‑growth environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a growth‑oriented mindset.
