People Partnering Manager

About the role

Instashop is looking for a Manager People Partnering to support its rapid growth across the UAE, Egypt and Greece. The role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational design, talent strategy, culture and leadership capability, translating business goals into people‑focused priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HR business partner to Instashop leadership, providing guidance on workforce effectiveness, organisational health and culture.
• Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives and align HR execution with business objectives.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility processes.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations on retention, engagement and capability gaps.
• Develop and evolve employee experience programs and manage employee relations issues.
• Oversee manpower planning, budgeting and support the hiring process.
• Maintain HR systems, data integrity and reporting analytics.
• Implement performance appraisal cycles and manage reward and benefits programs in partnership with the Rewards Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employment Relations or related field (CIPD qualification or coaching background is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Experience in ambiguous, fast‑growth environments, preferably in retail/e‑commerce, logistics or similar sectors.
• Strong confidentiality, communication and relationship‑building skills.
