Performance Account Manager

About the role

Makaseb is seeking a Performance Account Manager to join its fast‑growing e‑commerce and digital marketing team serving Gulf markets. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring data‑driven growth strategies are executed flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial client meetings to define store dimensions, goals, and budgets.
• Create and maintain client accounts on Notion, including data entry and periodic report updates.
• Set up WhatsApp groups for ongoing communication and deliver weekly progress updates.
• Secure necessary access permissions for clients' advertising and social media platforms.
• Develop, share, and track implementation plans with clients via Notion.
• Assign tasks to team members, monitor timelines, and ensure timely delivery of digital objectives.
• Prepare and send monthly performance reports and invoices, following up on payments.
• Lead regular review meetings with clients to address questions and adjust strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Account Manager or Executive in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing KSA‑based clients is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with account‑management CRM tools, specifically Notion.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
