Performance Marketing Lead – Travel & Tourism

About the role

Ocoda Agency is looking for a senior Performance Marketing professional to drive the digital transformation of Hojuzat, a travel & tourism platform. You will manage the full‑funnel paid media strategy, optimise spend across web and app channels, and build a performance engine that converts the commercial calendar into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise a monthly media budget across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Search, UAC and ASA.
• Design high‑conversion campaigns targeting the Saudi elite (Gen Z/Millennial) segment.
• Manage Adjust MMP, configure event mapping, SKAN 4.0 and deep‑linking to close the iOS tracking gap.
• Integrate 10 years of offline customer data for advanced retargeting and look‑alike modeling.
• Conduct A/B testing on bidding models (tCPA vs tROAS) and creative assets to lower CAC and increase booking velocity.
• Brief the creative team on elite‑focused assets and embed AI tools for rapid copy generation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in OTA, travel or high‑ticket e‑commerce.
• Deep knowledge of the KSA digital landscape and elite consumer behaviour.
• Data‑driven mindset; able to defend scaling decisions to senior leadership.
