Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is the leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of the Dubizzle Group which has five brands and more than 123 million monthly users. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will craft, shape and optimise digital campaigns together with the Group Performance Marketing Manager, working with internal teams to build and run end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, customer lifecycle management (CLM) initiatives, growth strategies and other digital marketing activities.
• Partner with department heads and teams to align on marketing plans and strategies.
• Analyse and automate performance metrics, measure ROI against KPIs, and identify trends to optimise spend and campaign performance.
• Produce and share digital marketing analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Anticipate business challenges and regulatory issues and recommend process, product or service improvements.
• Lead high-visibility teams or projects and report performance and strategy to senior management.
• Mentor team members, review and validate their work, and recruit, select and train new candidates in performance marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
• 2 years of experience managing a team; management experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, technical and data analysis skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of core digital marketing tools and advanced practical knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager.
• Web analytics (Google Analytics preferred).
• Knowledge of CLM platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap, Airship, SendGrid and Mailchimp.
• MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
