Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a Manager - Performance Marketing for its retail corporate team in Egypt. The role leads digital marketing across the GCC to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and grow customer lifetime value (LTV). It covers budget management, partner relationships, campaign optimisation and collaboration with creative teams to drive profitable customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving growth across traffic, customers, orders and gross merchandise value (GMV)
• Run paid media across app and web, including Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Display, Video, Affiliates and Programmatic, improving ROAS, CPA and incremental revenue
• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels, strategic partnerships and growth opportunities
• Develop growth roadmaps aligned with customer demand, seasonality, commercial priorities and competition
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value initiatives across digital channels
• Own the experimentation roadmap using A/B testing, attribution and incrementality analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and the customer experience
• Help implement the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring results and giving feedback to senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong track record in performance / growth marketing, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace or agency
• Proven success managing paid-media budgets and hitting acquisition, GMV, ROAS and ROI targets
• Experience building acquisition strategies across paid, owned, earned and organic channels
• Experience partnering with Commercial, CRM, Product and Analytics teams
• Proven experience managing high-scale acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact
