Personnel Officer

About the role

The Personnel Officer will support the HR department by maintaining accurate employee records, handling social insurance procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in New Capital, Cairo and offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HR records confidentially.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain all required HR documents, forms, and employee files.
• Handle Social Insurance procedures and related documentation, including Form 1 and Form 6.
• Manage employee leave records, attendance, and leave balances.
• Monitor employee contracts, track start/end dates, renewals, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation.
• Generate regular HR reports and employee data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support day‑to‑day HR administrative activities and assist employees as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor and social insurance regulations.
• Process work permits for foreign employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, Personnel, or HR Administration.
• Good knowledge of Social Insurance procedures, including Form 1 and Form 6.
• Understanding of employee leave and attendance management.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
