About the role
We are looking for a dedicated pharmacist to join our Medical Information Center in Heliopolis, Cairo. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will play a vital role in handling medical communications and ensuring patients receive accurate, timely information.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming medical communications and patient inquiries.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to verify and relay precise information.
- Support the centre’s commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, especially in medical contexts.
- Solid understanding of pharmacy practices and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail.
