Planning & Operations Manager – Marketing Operations

About the role

VOIS is looking for a highly organised and analytical professional to improve the efficiency, consistency and scalability of Portfolio Marketing. Based in Cairo, you will combine process improvement, performance reporting, budget administration and platform management to enable marketers to focus on strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Track team performance measures and budgets, creating dashboards and regular reporting cycles that translate data into actionable insights.
• Own and maintain a single dashboard for team reporting, performance measures and results.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency of Portfolio Marketing operations.
• Produce monthly team reports and updates, presenting findings to Portfolio Marketing leaders.
• Act as the main point of contact for The Marketing Hub platform, overseeing day‑to‑day administration and coordinating with technical partners.
• Help maintain The Marketing Hub’s availability, security and performance while supporting its continued development.
• Administer the team’s capital expenditure process and work with Finance to track Marketing Development Fund approvals and payments.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations or a related operational management role.
• Strong ability to analyse, interpret and summarise complex data into practical recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, including data modelling, dashboard creation and visualisation.
• Effective use of Microsoft Copilot and ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences.
• Organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to identifying problems, improving processes and challenging established ways of working.
• Experience administering platforms or systems and working effectively with technical stakeholders.
