Plant Logistics Manager – Giza

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Plant Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain operations at our manufacturing site in Giza. In this pivotal leadership position you will drive production and materials planning, optimise raw‑material warehousing, and ensure seamless material flow while balancing cost, service and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop monthly and daily production plans aligned with S&OP inputs, capacity constraints and supplier capabilities.
- Define and execute materials requirements planning (MRP/DRP) to guarantee optimal supply availability.
- Oversee inbound logistics, ensuring timely receipt, storage and availability of raw materials and components.
- Manage internal logistics, raw‑material and WIP warehouse operations, maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control.
- Design and implement inventory optimisation strategies to balance availability with working‑capital efficiency.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and mitigate risks in collaboration with Procurement and Production.
- Define, track and report logistics KPIs such as safety, service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity and availability.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance, warehouse efficiency and material flow.
- Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and champion a strong HSE culture.
- Coach, develop and motivate a high‑performing logistics team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or MBA is a strong plus).
- Minimum 10 + years of logistics and supply‑chain management experience in an industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in production & material planning, warehouse operations and ERP/WMS implementation.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational capabilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.

- SAP (or similar ERP/MRP system)
- ERP/MRP systems implementation and optimisation
- Advanced Excel and data‑analysis skills
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge
