Plant Manager – Innovation & Change Management

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Plant Manager responsible for driving the I2M (Innovation to Market) and IIM (Initiative Management) processes across a plant or cluster. You will lead change and innovation initiatives, ensuring new and existing products, packaging, and processes are effectively planned and executed.

Key responsibilities

• Support I2M/IIM activities, prepare site AR write‑ups and critical inputs for regional business development.
• Lead project verification, design reviews and coordinate master data, artwork, and material availability.
• Act as the primary liaison between commercial stakeholders, category teams, engineering, manufacturing and R&D.
• Develop site strategic plans, road‑maps and integrate innovation plans into supply and CAPEX budgeting.
• Drive ongoing simplification, reprioritisation and productivity improvement agendas.
• Coach and build capability of business development change coordinators and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong operational and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry.
• Hands‑on knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, safety and GMP standards.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing processes and the commercialization (I2M) workflow.
• Proven project leadership and management skills with financial acumen.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical programmes and deliver results.
