Platform Architect – Employee Experience (SharePoint/Viva Suite, Workday)

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Architect to lead the strategy and architecture of our Employee Experience suite, including the Employee Productivity Portal, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and employee listening solutions. You will shape technology roadmaps, ensure alignment with business goals, and oversee the full product lifecycle from design to maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Digital Platform roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager and Enterprise Architecture.
• Design and govern platform architecture, UI/UX, development, configuration, and integration across SharePoint, Viva Suite, Workday and related services.
• Lead platform quality assurance, testing, security, and vendor management.
• Architect and implement SharePoint solutions and intranet hubs to boost employee engagement.
• Ensure solution documentation is current and verify that delivered platforms meet requirements.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong technical expertise.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office productivity suite (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Azure).
• At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Search and Generative AI search.
• Proven experience designing modern SharePoint intranet architectures with global navigation and hub structures.
