Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to design, build, automate, and manage enterprise‑grade application platforms and cloud‑native infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery pipelines across development, DevOps, security, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise platform and developer environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration platforms.
• Implement GitOps practices with tools such as Argo CD for automated deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Manage virtualization and private‑cloud environments (VMware vCenter, OpenStack).
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure platform security, governance, backup, and disaster‑recovery compliance.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–12+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE or Infrastructure Automation.
