Platform Security Manager

About the role

Accenture Security is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and expand its SAP Security practice across EMEA. The role combines business development, solution architecture, and technical delivery to help clients protect their SAP environments and achieve regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies to grow the SAP Security pipeline.
• Lead pre‑sales activities, including client engagement, bid development, and proposal creation.
• Design end‑to‑end SAP Security and GRC solutions for on‑premises and cloud landscapes.
• Provide technical leadership on project delivery, ensuring secure and scalable SAP implementations.
• Conduct security assessments, create roadmaps, and plan remediation actions.
• Automate security processes and introduce innovative methodologies.
• Collaborate with global teams to refine service offerings and drive internal awareness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level security consulting or management, preferably within SAP environments.
• Strong business development track record with ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
