Portfolio Marketing Specialist – Global SaaS (Cairo)

About the role

VOIS is looking for a Global Portfolio Marketing Specialist to drive product success for its SaaS portfolio. Based in Cairo, the role works within the CVM & Marketing function and partners with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure consistent, differentiated messaging and market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market‑expansion roadmap initiatives across cluster markets.
• Lead rationalisation roadmap activities across all markets.
• Partner with local markets to localise buyer‑facing content and messaging.
• Drive adoption and utilisation of marketing content, toolkits and collateral.
• Collaborate with product management, go‑to‑market, sales, strategic partnerships and analyst relations.
• Attend go‑to‑market meetings and provide updates, insights and recommendations.
• Support the creation of interactive product demonstration content using Navattic.
• Maintain project updates and progress tracking in Asana with regular status reporting.
• Contribute to benefit‑led messaging aligned to product value propositions.
• Build strong stakeholder networks and influence cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives in complex, matrixed international organisations.
• Strong knowledge of B2B product marketing, especially for SaaS solutions.
• Experience adapting content for diverse local markets and audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• Commercially aware with solid technical understanding of SaaS products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high‑quality delivery.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is advantageous.
• Marketing degree or professional qualification is desirable.
