Poultry Technical and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Poultry Technical and Marketing Specialist will use scientific expertise in pharmacology and animal health to support customers, sales, and marketing teams across Egypt. The role combines technical service delivery with strategic input to grow the poultry business.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in developing the poultry business strategy and programs.
• Provide technical and hatchery services to poultry customers throughout Egypt.
• Collaborate with a small team to shape sales and marketing strategy and implement it at the technical level.
• Train and demonstrate vaccination techniques, audit customers for good practices, and support rapid response to enquiries.
• Implement and report on field trials, advise on equipment use, and present product information.
• Provide hatchery support for the hatchery portfolio customers.

Required profile

• BSc in Veterinary science (MSc or PhD highly recommended).
• Minimum 5 years experience in animal health and poultry market.
• Technical background in poultry industry and vaccines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and focus on customers.
• Strong communication skills and Business English proficiency.
• Marketing and sales experience is advantageous.
