Power Platform & Copilot Developer (Associate)

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate‑level Power Platform & Copilot Developer to design, build and optimise low‑code solutions for internal and client projects. You will work at the intersection of business needs and Microsoft’s Power Platform, delivering reliable, scalable applications that automate processes and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Canvas‑driven Power Apps and end‑to‑end solutions using Power Automate and Power BI.
• Integrate external data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel and APIs.
• Apply application lifecycle management practices: versioning, testing and deployment within the Power Platform.
• Optimise existing solutions for performance and maintainability.
• Produce solution documentation, user guides and technical specifications.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience building reliable, scalable services or platforms.
• Proven track record delivering business solutions with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, relational structures and integration patterns.
• Experience translating functional specifications into functional Power Platform solutions.
