Power Platform Solution Architect

About the role

Advansys is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to shape secure, scalable and supportable solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and connected enterprise systems, while guiding delivery teams from concept to production. The role acts as architecture lead for defined initiatives within the Customer Platforms landscape, with a hybrid workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Azure services and external integrations
• Define solution boundaries, data models, integration patterns, security concepts and environment strategies
• Guide decisions between configuration, low-code and custom development, including React, PCF and Azure components
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, identity, data protection, ALM and operational support requirements
• Lead architecture reviews, document decisions and manage technical risks, dependencies and exceptions
• Support estimation, backlog refinement and delivery planning with architects, product owners and engineering teams
• Coach developers and review solution designs, code approaches and deployment concepts
• Provide technical leadership during critical releases, production stabilization and root-cause analysis

Required profile

• 8+ years of solution design or software engineering experience, including substantial enterprise Power Platform architecture experience
• Proven design of production solutions across multiple applications, environments and integration endpoints
• Ability to define and assess non-functional requirements such as security, performance, availability, supportability and compliance
• Experience facilitating architecture decisions with technical and business stakeholders
• Professional English and strong written architecture documentation skills

Required skills

• Dataverse, security roles, identity, data modelling, integration and API patterns
• Managed solutions, environment strategy, source control and Azure DevOps-based ALM
• Preferred: Power Platform or Azure architecture certifications (e.g. PL-600)
• Preferred: React, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and distributed/nearshore development experience
