PR Account Manager

About the role

The PR Account Manager will lead communication strategies and initiatives for both existing and new retainer clients as well as strategic events. Working closely with the PR, Marketing and Events teams, you will ensure clear, compelling and timely brand communications within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications campaigns, defining strategy, goals, budget and tactics for retained and new clients.
• Lead day‑to‑day client relations across multiple accounts, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal strategy teams to support research, briefs and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as stylists, press, thought leaders and influencers to secure earned media opportunities.
• Manage senior media contacts, seeking coverage and new ways to raise brand profiles.
• Oversee budget and timeline management for client accounts.
• Draft press releases, statements, interview talking points and other PR content.
• Monitor, analyse and report PR results on a monthly basis, preparing performance reports for clients.
• Coordinate PR activations, press events, shoots and other media‑related activities.
• Contribute to business development by identifying potential new clients and growing the PR department.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in public relations or communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes, including social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic mindset.
