Pricing Specialist – CX/BPO

About the role

The Pricing Specialist will own end‑to‑end pricing for CX/BPO opportunities, turning client RFP/RFI requirements into robust cost models and competitive commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Build bottom‑up pricing models covering FTEs, productivity, shrinkage, attrition and ramp‑up assumptions.
• Design appropriate commercial structures per deal (per hour, per transaction, per FTE or outcome‑based).
• Run scenario analyses on volumes, language mix and on‑/near‑/off‑shore configurations to achieve target margins.
• Translate client SLAs, volumes and coverage needs into pricing assumptions, using AI tools to parse multilingual RFP/RFI documents.
• Challenge operational assumptions and cost every layer of the operating model, from front‑line operations to support functions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in pricing, solutioning or commercial finance within the CX/BPO industry.
• Deep understanding of customer operations models and their cost drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial‑modeling expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot for document analysis and translation.
• English proficiency at B2 level and ability to work autonomously under tight bid deadlines.
