Principal, Enterprise Operations

About the role

In this role you will help deliver and refine the technology strategy, financial planning, establish delivery plans and oversee execution of program objectives. You will lead a team of technology professionals to build, launch and support a Mobile Payment Gateway platform for multiple countries in the MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product/solution roadmaps for the service portfolio.
• Supervise and coach software development teams delivering shared business services.
• Collaborate with business owners and technology teams to define and execute service roadmaps.
• Identify, coach and develop top talent, ensuring compliance with performance processes.
• Provide strategic leadership across applications, systems and software‑development methodologies.
• Drive innovation and change across processes, practices and technology.
• Communicate the vision of next‑generation architecture throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience with a track record of defining vision, strategy, roadmaps and milestones for a portfolio of services.
• Strong technology delivery background, including successful large‑scale project execution in an agile environment.
• Recent hands‑on experience with current technologies and deep understanding of development methodologies and standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑geography, multi‑function teams from concept through implementation.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving products and services.
