Process Lead – Fixed Assets Accounting (Record to Report)

About the role

We are looking for a Process Lead to manage Fixed Assets Accounting within Holcim’s shared services centre in Navi Mumbai. The role oversees the end‑to‑end fixed‑asset lifecycle, ensures accurate record‑keeping, and supports period‑end closing and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage master data for assets, including creation, capitalization and disposition.
• Perform reconciliation of the fixed‑asset sub‑ledger with the general ledger and prepare regular fixed‑asset reports.
• Prepare audit schedules and reports for internal and statutory audits (ICS, HARP, iGAAP).
• Supervise associates in tax account preparation, period‑end close, and asset master maintenance.
• Assist the team lead with client query resolution, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Coordinate with auditors, provide required schedules and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Carry out people‑management duties: assign work, appraise performance, coach team members and promote a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Experience in fixed‑assets accounting within a shared‑services or captive environment.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and SLAs and to supervise junior staff.
• Familiarity with period‑end closing, ledger reconciliation and audit preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for dispute and query handling.
