Procurement Contracts Specialist

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Procurement Contracts Specialist to join its Supply Chain team in Cairo. The role supports the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensuring contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders against requisitions in SAP.
• Review pricing for compliance with contractual terms.
• Transmit change orders to contractors and monitor execution.
• Resolve Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt issues on Purchase Orders.
• Issue Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) surveys to prospective contractors.
• Maintain contract files, logs, and related documentation.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, contracts administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under general supervision.
