Procurement Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to manage the direct procurement of civil‑technical materials for our projects. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery within approved budgets while supporting project planning and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project requirements, client obligations and verify designs before issuing requisitions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project phases and prepare invitation‑to‑tender documents.
• Assess and negotiate supplier rates, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets and stay updated on market trends for raw materials and commodities.
• Evaluate existing and new suppliers, add approved vendors to the company’s vendor list.
• Create and maintain a price database for materials, equipment and operating supplies.
• Maintain accurate procurement logs, saving reports, tender tracking and procurement plans in collaboration with the project‑planning department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Architecture or Civil.
• 1‑2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction or civil projects.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in preparing dashboards and analytical reports.
