Procurement Manager (Domestic & International)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities for both domestic and international suppliers in a food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for securing competitive pricing, ensuring supply continuity, and supporting the company’s cost‑optimization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, select and manage suppliers across domestic and international markets.
• Lead contract negotiations to obtain favorable commercial terms and mitigate supply risks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and global suppliers.
• Analyze cost structures, market trends and supplier performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance and Logistics to guarantee timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and all relevant health, safety, quality and food‑safety standards.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives while preserving product quality and service levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams and international suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
