Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships and drive cost‑effective purchasing across indirect spend categories. The role supports Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring compliance with procurement policies while delivering savings and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and negotiate suppliers across indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier bidding and selection processes.
• Support Marketing and Operations with vendor onboarding and purchase orders.
• Monitor spend, savings, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and controls.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
• Resolve supplier performance and service issues.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven experience in FMCG procurement.
• Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
