Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Cairo, supporting the IT, Data Center and Engineering sectors. The role involves sourcing, evaluating and managing suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers, building long‑term vendor relationships.
• Handle purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and invoices.
• Obtain and analyse supplier quotations to secure the best commercial value.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules while driving cost‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain procurement documentation, supplier records and support contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and HSE requirements and prepare procurement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience in the IT, Data Center or Engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation and contract administration skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
