Product Consultant – Enterprise Software Delivery (Junior)

About the role

Join IN3IN3 Technology as a Product Consultant focused on enterprise software delivery. You will work within the Customer Success unit, configuring cutting‑edge products, delivering on‑site training, and supporting clients across Egypt’s largest government and enterprise organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure IN3IN3 products at the application layer via the GUI, setting routing rules, permissions and workflows.
• Run onboarding sessions and deliver structured, role‑based training at client sites.
• Handle and resolve routine client requests such as how‑tos, configuration clarifications and best‑practice guidance.
• Escalate technical investigations with clear context for the next support tier.
• Prepare demo environments and deliver product demos tailored to the audience.
• Build and maintain training assets including decks, quick‑reference cards and walkthrough guides.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, implementation, application support or a technical client‑facing role.
• Hands‑on experience configuring an enterprise application through its GUI.
• Delivered at least one training session to end‑users.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English; based in Egypt with regular client visits.
• Eagerness to learn from senior practitioners and grow toward a Senior Customer Success Manager role.
