About the role
The Product Designer - Manager will be a key contributor to our design team, leading the design of major features and products while mentoring other designers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex, strategic projects from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative, user‑friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Mentor and guide other designers on the team.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Hands‑on experience applying AI to enhance UX research and automate usability testing.
- Experience building and maintaining component libraries, design tokens, and documentation.
- Knowledge of front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Motion design and animation skills.
