Product Manager – Biotechnology (Egypt/Levant)

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Manager to lead the marketing of biotechnology and oncology products across Egypt and the Levant region. The role combines strategic planning, launch execution, and close collaboration with sales teams to drive market share and meet financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for assigned therapeutic categories.
• Manage product portfolios, set financial and patient targets, and monitor market share.
• Lead new product launches, including pre‑launch preparation, launch activities, and monthly performance tracking.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and scientific updates to adjust strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales force to provide training materials, campaign support, and ensure alignment with marketing plans.
• Monitor marketing budgets and expenses on a quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biotechnology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a commercial role within oncology, immunology or biotechnology.
• Proven experience in product or brand management, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
