Product Manager – Haircare (Pharmacist)

About the role

The Product Manager – Haircare (Pharmacist) will lead the development and lifecycle of NUYA’s haircare portfolio, turning concepts into market‑ready products. Based on‑site in Alexandria, the role bridges R&D, regulatory, marketing and sales to deliver safe, effective and innovative haircare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through launch, managing the full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with R&D and formulation teams to create and refine haircare formulas.
• Review product safety and efficacy data and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and cosmetic regulations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, define product positioning and support go‑to‑market strategies.
• Partner with marketing and sales to build launch plans and promotional activities.
• Monitor product performance, collect customer and channel feedback, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of cosmetic and haircare formulations, product safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in product or brand management, including roadmap planning and cross‑functional coordination.
• Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into product concepts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with R&D, marketing, sales and operations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to ethical, sustainable product development.
• Previous experience in haircare, skincare or beauty industries is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Alexandria and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
