Product Manager

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Product Manager to join its team in Cairo. The role contributes to the company's mission of raising the highest standards of excellence in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market needs and company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical affairs and supply chain teams to optimise promotional strategies, support educational initiatives and maintain product availability.
• Manage relationships with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies and distributors to gather insights, address concerns and support product adoption.
• Lead product lifecycle management, including product enhancements, line extensions and preparation for potential phase-outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine or a relevant life science field; an MBA is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience as Brand or Assistant Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with injectables, diabetes, metabolic or obesity products.
• Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building and consumer marketing.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in consumer (DTC) and HCP integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Strategic, digital and innovation focus.
