Product Manager – Pharmaceuticals

About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for the development, management, and marketing of assigned products across designated commercial areas. The role focuses on strengthening brand performance, driving effective product communication, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving market share and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive product information system and organise training for the sales team.
• Identify and analyse market segments, potential, competitor shares and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report product and sales performance, evaluate marketing plan execution and recommend product‑mix adjustments.
• Coordinate planning, logistics and development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Plan and execute new product launches, develop marketing plans and assess market viability.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business growth and product portfolio optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant commercial experience, including at least 2 years in a marketing department.
