Product Marketing Engineer (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Product Marketing Engineer who will drive factory quotations, coordinate multi‑factory bids and set competitive pricing. The role bridges the supply side of the sales funnel, from tender preparation to price decision, and supports cross‑factory and cross‑hub tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse quotation requests from the WCFE and Sales teams via Salesforce (SFDC) and select the appropriate factory.
• Coordinate multi‑factory bids, ensuring competitive pricing, costing and operational alignment.
• Oversee pricing setting, order handling and project management for distribution and power business segments, acting as the single point of contact for customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers and factory teams.
• Define and communicate product value propositions and positioning in line with the global product marketing strategy.
• Conduct market and situational analysis to support regional go‑to‑market plans and market‑share growth.
• Enable sales teams with product knowledge and ensure cross‑collaboration and know‑how sharing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations and uphold Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, power or machine engineering.
• Structured and analytical thinking with at least 3 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Experience in power‑product tendering is a plus.
• Fluent in French and proficient in spoken and written English.
