Product Specialist – Healthcare (Nasr City)

About the role

INovaiNova is seeking a Product Specialist to join its pharmaceutical sales team in Nasr City on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on promoting the company’s line of health products, building relationships with medical professionals, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales targets within the assigned area through established territory sales plans and expense goals.
• Monitor and analyse monthly and quarterly sales figures and take corrective actions as approved by the supervisor.
• Design and implement special programs within the territory to maximise sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, hospitals, pharmacies and other medical staff.
• Promote and detail product benefits to professionals and paraprofessionals using tailored, pre‑planned promotional methods.
• Provide expert assistance in preparing and facilitating medical education programmes for key opinion leaders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and disease knowledge in the relevant therapeutic areas.
• Assume additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to deliver consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience leading requirements development sessions and workshops, and producing project documentation such as functional specifications or traceability matrices.
• Strong project‑management capability from planning through delivery, with ownership of end‑to‑end processes.
