Product Specialist – Healthcare Sales

About the role

The Product Specialist will join INovaiNova’s health portfolio team in Giza, driving sales of our innovative, patient‑centric products across a defined territory. Reporting to the sales manager, you will be responsible for achieving medical sales targets while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and expense goals.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly sales performance, analyse results and take corrective actions as approved by the supervisor.
• Design and implement special programs within the territory to maximise sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, hospitals, pharmacies and other medical staff.
• Promote and detail product benefits to professionals and paraprofessionals using tailored promotional methods.
• Provide expert assistance in preparing and facilitating medical education programmes for key opinion leaders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and disease knowledge aligned with the therapeutic areas covered.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to deliver consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Strong project documentation skills, including functional specifications and traceability matrices.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability from planning through delivery.
• Ownership of end‑to‑end processes, from stakeholder engagement to sign‑off.
