Product Specialist - Immunology

About the role

The Product Specialist – Immunology will promote Hikma’s Immunology portfolio to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. You will deliver scientific product information, build strong relationships, and drive sales performance while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals, hospitals and key stakeholders to promote Immunology products.
• Provide accurate scientific and clinical information to support product positioning.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Identify opportunities through customer insights, market analysis and competitor monitoring.
• Document all customer interactions, sales activities and market feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Medical, Marketing and other cross‑functional teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Immunology therapeutic guidelines, product data and competitive landscape.
• Participate in scientific meetings and training sessions to enhance technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine or a related life‑science discipline.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Immunology, specialty care, biologics or hospital accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to record activities and insights.
