Product Specialist – Multiple Sclerosis

About the role

The Product Specialist – Multiple Sclerosis will promote Hikma's MS portfolio to neurologists and other healthcare professionals. You will deliver scientific product knowledge, build strong relationships, and work toward sales targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Hikma's MS products to neurologists and relevant HCPs through regular field visits.
• Provide accurate scientific and clinical information to support product positioning and patient care.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Execute the territory business plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Identify business opportunities through customer insights, market analysis, and competitor monitoring.
• Document customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Medical, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective business plan execution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on MS therapeutic area, clinical guidelines, product data, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in scientific meetings, product training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or an equivalent life‑sciences discipline.
• 2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; experience in Neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, Specialty Care, or Biologics is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for documenting interactions and tracking activities.
