About the role
The Production Lead will drive the efficient operation of our manufacturing line, ensuring that production targets are consistently achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly production quotas are met.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and team‑building to the production crew.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Manage staff break and lunch schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance to monitor machine condition and implement action plans.
- Monitor hygiene and cleanliness levels on the production line.
- Lead daily production team meetings and set discussion topics.
- Promote health and safety awareness among personnel.
- Support additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably in Production Engineering.
- 4‑7 years of experience in a production role within the FMCG sector.
