Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to act as the primary liaison between customers, partners, and revenue generation teams. You will ensure that all on‑site and off‑site projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive productivity and profitability through efficient production planning and coordination.
• Prioritize production tasks, monitor progress, and control each step of the workflow.
• Generate regular reports for clients, sales, and senior management using Power BI.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to deploy SOPs via Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
• Work with global service and support teams (ORKA) and manage job processes in JIRA Work Management.
• Support the creation of global production policies and assist sales in delivering excellent customer service.
• Track project timelines, risk matrices, budgets, and manage contract variations through change‑control procedures.
• Participate in recruitment and suggest improvements to ORKA systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Audiovisual Technologies, IT, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in project or production management, quality assurance, or audiovisual technologies (advantageous).
• Proven experience in production coordination, project management, or media operations environments such as broadcasters, digitisation facilities, archives, or post‑production houses.
