Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Manager will lead the manufacturing department, ensuring efficient workflow, high quality output, and optimal resource utilization. This senior position requires 10‑15 years of experience in production management within an industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and improve production management systems and workflows, coordinating short‑ and medium‑term plans to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor and enhance Units Per Hour (UPH), analyze capacity, cycle time, and line balance to close productivity gaps.
• Manage quality and quantity inspections, provide rapid feedback, and support performance appraisals.
• Coordinate with quality control, engineering, PMC and other departments to ensure smooth inter‑departmental cooperation.
• Develop and implement equipment maintenance and repair programs to keep production equipment operating normally.
• Organize staff training, succession planning and develop qualified technicians for operational continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in production, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
