Production Manager – Plant Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead daily plant operations for our manufacturing site. The role is responsible for overseeing production, packaging and warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering high-quality medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise work in production, packaging and warehouse to achieve maximum performance.
• Ensure supervisors receive required training in line with local and global standards.
• Collaborate with the Planning Department to manage production schedules, improve demand fulfilment and optimise operational efficiency.
• Develop communication channels with other divisions to share best practices and drive profitability.
• Allocate resources and fully utilise assets to meet production targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing plant operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production, packaging and warehouse processes.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate with planning functions and drive process optimisation.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
