Industrial Methods Expert

About the role

Schneider Electric’s Badr Factory is seeking an experienced Industrial Methods Expert to lead Lean and continuous‑improvement initiatives. You will design, optimise and standardise manufacturing processes to boost productivity, quality and overall equipment effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrial methods and continuous‑improvement projects across the plant.
• Design, implement and optimise production systems, line balancing, capacity planning and workstation layouts.
• Analyse operational data to identify waste, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Manage industrialisation and equipment‑modification projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, routings and process documentation aligned with operational‑excellence goals.
• Support reliability initiatives by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve equipment performance and process stability.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, OEE, efficiency, capacity utilisation and cost performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, TPM and productivity improvement.
• Strong knowledge of industrialisation, process design, line balancing, capacity planning, OEE, SMED and reliability improvement.
