About the role
We are looking for a Production Manager/Supervisor to lead our sewing and finishing department. The role oversees the entire garment production flow, ensuring quality, efficiency and on‑time delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor daily sewing and finishing operations.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing and quality teams to meet production targets.
- Manage workforce allocation, training and performance in the department.
- Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements and control production costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Required profile
- University degree (any discipline).
- 5–10 years of proven experience in the garment or apparel industry.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and team‑management abilities.
