Program Manager Pharmaceutical Track & Trace (EPTTS)

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the Pharmaceutical Track & Trace (EPTTS) initiative, overseeing scope, schedule, budget and cross‑workstream coordination across SAP delivery, infrastructure and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EPTTS master plan, managing scope, schedule, budget and dependencies.
• Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, milestone reviews and executive/regulator reporting.
• Maintain the program risk and issue register, driving mitigation and escalation.
• Coordinate SAP and implementation partners against SOW commitments, timelines and quality standards.
• Lead contract and change‑order governance across partners, covering scope, pricing and delivery risk.
• Manage the delivery‑partner model and vendor performance in line with the program's partner strategy.
• Serve as the primary program‑level point of contact with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) on scope, policy and timeline matters.
• Align program milestones with EDA regulatory deadlines and market communications.
• Brief DAF and EDA leadership on program status, risks and decisions requiring executive sign‑off.
• Ensure infrastructure, SAP licensing/delivery and operations readiness workstreams are sequenced and integrated.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to align the program plan with operational build‑out and ramp‑up milestones.
• Coordinate cutover, go‑live and hypercare planning across all workstreams.
• Track program budget against SAP order forms, partner contracts and infrastructure spend, flagging commercial risks.
