Project Acquisition Specialist – Level Products

About the role

We are looking for a Project Acquisition Specialist focused on our Level product range. You will support the EPC project business by preparing quotations, providing technical assistance and ensuring offers meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project quotations and conduct pricing and cost calculations in line with WIKA guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and EPC partners to submit high‑quality offers on time.
• Drive technical and commercial development of project proposals, involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Expand customer relationships through cross‑selling, up‑selling and joint visits.
• Coordinate contract negotiations for EPC projects and act as the technical contact for customers.
• Provide technical clarification of drawings and support during customer acceptance tests (FAT).

Required profile

• Higher technical education, preferably engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial market sales support or project business.
• Proven knowledge of Level products and instrumentation concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable working remotely in an international team.
• Advanced English proficiency; experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry is a plus.
