Project Engineering Manager – ATS/SCADA Integration

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time Project Engineering Manager (SCC PrEM) in Cairo to lead the configuration, integration and delivery of Automatic Train Supervision (ATS), SCADA and Cybersecurity systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring designs meet functional requirements and supporting on‑site testing and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and plan the configuration of ATS, SCADA and Cybersecurity systems.
• Oversee integration of software deliveries developed across multiple Alstom sites.
• Provide support for on‑site Test & Commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, specifications and technical records.
• Apply system engineering processes to guarantee technical compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers to align design with intended functions and architecture.
• Engage with project management teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 7‑12 years of engineering or engineering‑management experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of railway systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work transversally across teams.
