Project Execution Senior Associate

About the role

As a Project Execution Senior Associate you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of electrical services projects, primarily brownfield initiatives, for Schneider Electric in New Cairo. You will act as the main liaison between customers, consultants and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering, commissioning and service teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, variations, claims and change orders.
• Track project costs, margins and cash flow while ensuring contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience, especially in electrical distribution and protection systems.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid risk‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
